A number of our existing clients refer their friends to us. Because of this, we have recently expanded our business to offer North East Cobb Handyman Services as well. According to the last census, almost 150,000 people live in this area. We felt this was a logical step to make since we are already doing business in Marietta and Roswell. In addition, the neighborhoods in this part of the city are not new. This means that there is more demand for repair and remodeling projects which are our forte.

Before we decide to expand our coverage areas, we evaluate our in-house talent very carefully. The one area we will never compromise in, is our service quality. For that reason we purposefully maintain a controlled growth in the industry, so that quality is able to stay exceptionally high. When dealing with one of our representatives, you may encounter this. What we mean by this, is that there is often a temptation to try to fit in more work than is possible in the time allotted. We have learned over time that this is simply not something that we will do. Instead of providing mediocre quality on two jobs, we will turn one down to do the other one exceptionally well. We learned early on, that by analyzing our past performances, this was the way to go. In fact, we take our business management to an even higher model by utilizing algorithms at Stat Counter. By analyzing past performances, we are able to project future business growth which allows us to accurately staff for the future.

Our corporate philosophy dictates how we operate. Fortunately, we have cash reserves so we are not desperate to make a quick buck. By operating from a position of strength we are able to build our North East Cobb Handyman Services client base for the long haul. The worst possible situation for us would be to leave our customers unsatisfied. For that reason our business model is designed from old fashioned principles. The primary one of those, is that we focus only on quality, not on quantity. We request that our prospective customers understand this restriction that we put on ourselves. If there is ever an assignment that needs to be done by a specific date and that doesn't allow for our projected quality of performance to take place, chances are, we will decline the job. In the end, what matters to use most is quality, even if it means we make less revenue in the short term. We have seen over the years that our business runs better and our customers are much happier if we do not promise specific deadlines, but promise an exceptional job that the customer will be happy with. Having stated our deadline policy, we will complete each project in a timely manner. The only restriction to this is the possibility of needing to order supplies or parts. In this one arena, we are at the mercy of our suppliers. We will make it a point to communicate any delays ahead of time to our customers so that we are always on the same page.
