If we had to compare our Marietta Remodeling company to the United States government, we would say that we are a combination of two of the three legislative branches. We definitely follow an ethical code of conduct, so the judicial branch would represent us accurately. Another characteristic from the Judiciary branch that could describe our Marietta Remodeling enterprise is our constant willingness to question and debate our methods. Like the high court, we are always in a constant state of self awareness and problem solving. We are never above the needs of our Marietta Remodeling customers and for that reason we have numerous discussions about the best course of action with them. Like the high court, we continue to debate what is the most just course of action for the people we serve.

The Executive Branch also can accurately describe our Marietta Remodeling business with specifics to strong leadership. We lead by example and for that reason only have the highest skilled professionals as team leaders. We evaluate the character of each Marietta Remodeling team member, but none harder than our project managers. They must be ethical and honest at all times with our Marietta Remodeling customers. Since they represent the company, they represent the employees and the owners alike. In a way, a project manager is an elected position, just like the President is. They are elected by the endorsement of previous customers, employees, and owners.

The one branch that we are least like is the United States House of Representatives. The primary difference between our Marietta Remodeling business and the house of representatives is that we efficiently cut to the chase and solve problems. We only serve one purpose, our customers' best interests. By doing this, we automatically receive re-election from the voting public. By keeping our agenda simple, honest, and straightforward, we can avoid a lot of the problems that the House gets itself into on a daily basis.

In conclusion, leadership is critical to a company's success. We run our Marietta Remodeling business the way it ought to be run, in our customers' best interests. By definition, that is what a company is supposed to do. It is supposed to serve the interests of its people or customers. We feel that problems arise when this critical standard is forgotten. Since we exist in a market economy each dollar is in essence a vote. We are in a continual state of campaigning for continued support by our constituents. The only way we know how to get re-elected is to satisfy their needs in an open and honest fashion.
